On-Site Wood Waste Processing

Our services revolve around on-site wood waste processing utilizing Air Burners Inc. technology, the exclusive rights to which empower us to offer unmatched solutions. By providing a true end solution to wood waste, we eliminate the need for off-site transportation and processing cutting capital costs immensely.
Each burner has the ability to eliminate over 30 cubic meters of waste an hour or 30,000 tons of wood waste annually at full capacity.

Biochar Production
Through our process, we produce valuable biochar.
Biochar, a type of charcoal produced from organic materials like agricultural waste and biomass, offers numerous benefits for both the environment and agriculture but has seen a tremendous rise in testing in other industries such as steel, bio-fuels concrete and other products as a viable carbon additive. One of its key advantages lies in carbon sequestration; biochar helps trap carbon dioxide in the soil, mitigating climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Clean Energy Generation
Alongside waste processing and disaster remediation, we generate clean energy as a valuable byproduct. This additional benefit contributes to our commitment to sustainability and efficiency by not wasting the thermal heat generated by our burners. Our burners can generate up to 300 kwh.
